RankMyCompany is a self-hosted social media scheduling tool operated by Garrett Smith. This policy describes what data it handles.
When a social media account is connected, the tool stores the account's OAuth access tokens and basic profile identifiers needed to publish content on the operator's behalf. No data is collected from the public.
Stored tokens are used only to schedule and publish content to the connected accounts, at the operator's direction. Data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
All data stays on the operator's own infrastructure (Railway hosting). Tokens can be revoked at any time from each social platform's settings, which immediately ends the tool's access.
